Terms of Service & License Agreement

1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") and Terms of Service govern your purchase, download, installation, and execution of software distributed under the Niloy Illustrator Script Suite, including StockVector Exporter Pro, VectorCleanse, and companion ExtendScript automation utilities (collectively, the "Software").

By downloading, installing, running, or activating the Software within Adobe Illustrator, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a studio, company, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

2. License Tiers & Seat Allocation

The Software is licensed, not sold. Niloy grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute the Software according to the license tier purchased:

• Individual License: Grants a single individual user the right to install and run the Software on up to two (2) workstations (e.g., a primary desktop and a secondary laptop) owned or controlled exclusively by the licensee for single-user workflows.
• Team / Studio License: Grants an organization, studio, agency, or production team the right to deploy and execute the Software on up to twenty (20) workstations simultaneously within the licensee organization.

3. Commercial Rights & Derivative Works

We believe in empowering creator independence. You retain 100% ownership and unrestricted, 100% Royalty-Free commercial exploitation rights over everything you produce using our tools:

1. UNRESTRICTED SALES  : Sell exported vectors on Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Creative Market, Envato, etc.
2. ZERO ROYALTIES      : Zero commissions, royalties, or attribution required on generated vector files or archives.
3. CLIENT DELIVERABLES : Package and deliver processed files directly to commercial clients without restriction.
4. UNLIMITED BATCHES   : No caps on the volume of files, artboards, or digital product bundles you create.
          

All vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF), raster thumbnails (JPEG, PNG, WebP), ZIP archive bundles, directory structures, and metadata generated, scaled, or packaged using the Software remain the exclusive property of you or your clients.

4. Restrictions & Intellectual Property Protection

Niloy retains all right, title, copyright, and intellectual property in and to the Software, source code, JSXBIN bytecode, UI designs, and documentation. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, or attempt to extract source algorithms from compiled JSXBIN binaries or licensing mechanisms.
• No Redistribution or Resale: You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or publicly host the scripts (.jsx, .jsxbin), either as standalone tools or bundled in third-party plugin suites.
• No Key Sharing: License keys, activation hashes, and seat allocations are strictly non-transferable outside your purchased tier. Public distribution of license keys results in immediate key revocation.
• No Circumvention: You may not modify, bypass, or tamper with the cryptographic seat verification or license validation proxy routines.

5. Updates, Compatibility & Technical Support

Each commercial license includes lifetime updates and bug fixes for the major version purchased (e.g., all version 3.x updates for StockVector Exporter Pro):

• Host Compatibility: The Software is developed and tested for Adobe Illustrator CC 2019 through CC 2026+ on both Windows 10/11 and macOS (Intel & Apple Silicon).
• Performance Updates: Ongoing compatibility patches, performance optimizations, and stock marketplace specification adjustments are provided free of charge within the active major version.
• Direct Technical Support: Commercial license holders receive direct developer support via email and WhatsApp, with guaranteed response turnaround within 24 hours.

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Niloy, contributors, or distributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, artwork corruption, system downtime, or missed stock marketplace review deadlines) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Refund Policy: We offer fully functional evaluation editions of our scripts for testing prior to purchase. If you experience technical defects or host incompatibilities that our support team cannot resolve, refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be honored in accordance with the purchasing platform's terms (Gumroad or Adobe Exchange).
